Please read the terms of my services carefully, I am not responsible for claims if you do not agree to the terms, please if you have questions or are looking for information about my terms and services let me know.

About Payment and Refunds

- The payment is in advance and the commission will not be confirmed until full payment is made- I don't accept holds.- the refunds are based on the % of advance of the commission, only what is received by PayPal commissions is also returned (you paid 10, PayPal gives me 9, I return 9 and PayPal would give you 8). The refund depends entirely on the progress of the commission- I don't accept haggling over the price, please respect the work and prices I give you.

Art Process Standards

- Orders are made on a first-come, first-served basis, please be patient as your order may not be the first- Once the sketch or any progress is ready, you will be sent a message for corrections or to confirm the changes. Remember that I don't necessarily work when you're available, so you can reply to the message when you feel most comfortable.- If you want changes in a YCH, background, character, design and color, you must pay extra depending on their complexity, YCHs have a fixed theme and changing them to the client's taste requires extra effort.- If there's something you don't like about the sketch, let us know before proceeding to outline and color.- Once changes are confirmed, I do not make further adjustments due to the progress of the drawing; correcting elements that have already been approved takes extra time (this does not apply to details previously mentioned or character features I overlooked by mistake). Any additional adjustments will incur an extra cost depending on the request.- You should understand that I work on a first-come, first-served basis, however, if you want your order to go through quickly, you will have to pay an extra charge of $3 per person in front of your place.-No commission includes the cutiemark, either I draw it again or have to design one UNLESS it is paid in advance (cost of 5 dollars to redraw or redesign a cutiemark) make sure to send me the image of your cutiemark to paste it into your commission drawing.- - Please, once I receive the commission, check my Trello board to avoid errors on the waiting list.

The following actions by the buyer are strictly prohibited

- Edit the drawing.- Pass off the drawing as one's own work.- Remove, blur, replace, or edit the watermark.- Sell my drawing for a higher price than the home price.- Profit from my work with sales of any kind (stickers, posters or merchandise in general).- using my work to blackmail, manipulate, use, or harm other people.

I don't draw

- 18+ drawings are commissioned (if I agree to draw suggestive content as long as nothing explicit is visible)- gore drawings (you can draw some blood, but I don't draw exposed organs or torn flesh)- fetish drawings, e.g. foot fetish, morbid obesity, morbid pregnancies, being eaten alive, etc.

Privacy Policy

- I don't text with the intention of socializing, I just dedicate myself to my work. I will decide if I want to socialize with any of my clients, but don't send messages only with that intention, my open chat is to attend to commissions as quickly as possible.- No disrespect, name-calling, or generally disrespectful treatment of me. You can ask me for things in a kind way, there is no need to demand or complain to me.- If we have any problem with the request, I invite you to solve it in the private chat, it is not necessary to make a public scandal about some issue that can be easily solved by talking- If there is a problem that involves me with someone other than the order, I am not interested in talking about it or claiming anything, I focus on my job which is to draw and deliver an exemplary work without confusing work with personnel.- The right to customer service is reserved, if he shows a violent, rude or blackmailing attitude that bothers me, I will deny the order and close the conversation.
